Ten injured in vehicular accidents (07/27/09)
Ten people were injured in several area traffic wrecks which occurred since Friday. Monett city firefighters and Pierce City Rural firemen were called to an accident around 8:35 a.m. July 27 on Highway 37, west of Farm Road 1050. Purdy School District to become tobacco free (07/27/09)
A tobacco-free school district policy was adopted by the Purdy R-2 Board of Education at its July meeting.
