Sobriety checkpoint results in DWI arrests (07/01/09)

Purdy addresses issues relating to sales tax lawsuit (07/01/09)
Action resulted from the lawsuit filed last year by Farmington attorney Tom Burcham. Carthage overpowers Monett Legion team (07/01/09)
A long week of games finally caught up with Monett Post 91's players, as they lost a road game to Carthage 12-1 in Tuesday night American Legion action. After hosting Aurora in a doubleheader on Thursday, Monett played two games Saturday in the Marcus O' Hara Tournament at Monett, losing to Cassville in the championship game, 4-3.
