Attendance up at Monett's skate park (04/21/09)
Monett's skate park at North Park is undergoing another upgrade. Attendance on a good day at the park has been running around three dozen youth. The park is getting used, and out of that use comes maintenance challenges. JROTC program expanding opportunities for youth (04/21/09)
The mission and development of the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) program at the Southwest Area Career Center at Monett were detailed for members of the Monett Kiwanis Club during their meeting this past week.
